Scrumptous!
Cutting these strip loins into chunks and pan-searing them with butter, salt, fresh garlic, (chopped 15 minutes ahead of time to get the most health benefits from the garlic,) and paprika is fantastic and quick to make.  Adding freshly cooked mushrooms, a dollop of sour cream and some chopped green onion, for color, makes for the better part of a wonderful meal.  From start to finish, including cutting, is less than 15 minutes. (I am not including the 15 minute wait for the garlic or the bit of time to simmer the mushrooms.) Cooking time for the meat varies with the size of your meat chunks but 7-8 minutes is a good estimate. Be careful not to overcook.

I'll try these again and then probably again with a salad or sauteed spinach.  Yum!

Best Ever!
These are so easy to prepare for a quick healthy meal!  They taste wonderful!  I like to saute them in a pan with a bit of Tallow or butter and a bit of salt and pepper...  Of course you can add whatever you want but just simple salt and pepper taste fantastic! They are perfect used anywhere you would use chicken breast.  I love them in a quick rabbit and walnut salad.

A Protein Bomb!
I scarf down a package of these tenderloins immediately after my weekly workout, and every time they taste great.  Pan fry with a little fat, and some sage, and you're ready to go.  Super simple, and super healthy!
