I have food sensitivities to many additives and was excited to find a beef jerky with just beef and sea salt. I love these! They are a bit salty but I will continue to buy them. Thank you for a great product.

Guess you have to keep frozen? Otherwise meat quality very good. Flavor good. Satisfying.

First time I tried this and it’s very good. The taste is just like the sliced plain jerky, but I like the compact sticks and being able to easily bite into it and not tear it. I still like the sliced jerky, but this is a good one to keep on hand.

Why freeze jerky? It defeats the whole purpose of removing moisture, That said, these taste all right.

Beef Jerky sticks - disappointed but great idea no sugar and additives
We just got our first order and tried the Beef Jerky sticks and sorry to say I should have read more about them before ordering the taste and texture is not enjoyable sorry to say. Both my husband and I were so excited about trying these hard to find with no sugar and other bad additives. Will try your plain jerky that looks more like what my husband makes himself but without all the hours. Sorry looking forward to the rest of our order.

As much as I love the scrumptious smokey taste of the portions, this formed jerky is beefy enough and easy on the choppers, if you have fussy dental work. Would give it sixth star if it could have that smokey taste too!

I want so badly to like this
I can't give this a super bad review because I think it does have great flavor. But I also can't give this a good review because it gives me a bad stomach ache. I tried it on a couple different occasions to see if I was just having an off day, but I just got the same stomach ache. Also, it's a bit on the salty side and I love salty food.

Texture was not like the jerky I'm used to
Taste was so-so but the texture was very weird. I liked other products but this and the Turkey jerky were not good.

This is great beef jerky -- free of unhealthy additives and absolutely delicious! We're beef jerky connoisseurs (of the few brands available in the US without MSG) and this is by far the best we've found anywhere.

I wanted to like these, because the ingredients are great, as is the convenience for travel. However, the main flavor was salty, which I didn't like. I had a hard time tasting the beef, as it was overpowered by the saltiness. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat past the first stick. I will stick to the buffalo jerky, as it is tastier and chewier.

Just Plain Delicious Grass Fed. Finally. Thank you.
I'd been looking for a grass fed jerky that was just beef and maybe salt. This is it. I'd have been okay if it didn't taste great but man this even tastes great. It's so good and it's been a life saver.
Might be an acquired taste for some, but for me it's exactly what I wanted. It's perfect. Thank you.

I really like the turkey jerky, and was excited about trying the beef jerky, unfortunately the taste is too salty even with washing it off and it is way too tough, for my whole family. Bummer I bought 2 packages...but I love other products from this company!

I know of no where else you can get jerky with only two ingredients. Almost impossible even to find one without sugar. I love this and the other sugar/free jerky (I've had spicey and medium too--all very good.)

I really love beef jerky and was anxious to try the beef jerky sticks; unfortunately from the very first bite I was very disappointed. I didn't realize this product was ground meat that is formed into a stick. I found both the texture and taste a bit odd and couldn't even finish half a stick. I enjoy other US Wellness Meats products, just didn't care for this one.

This beef jerky is nice to have in the house, if you are a peron on the go. One thing to keep in mind, is that this jerky can not be left out as it needs refrigeration. The beef in it, is totally grass fed with no fillers noted, other then the taste of sea salt.

Great lunch or quick snacks
Our kiddos love your beef jerky sticks! We have taken them on several trips this summer and they ask for them regularly. It is so hard to find beef jerky without sugar and soy and other added junk. Thank you!
