Beef Chuck Eye Steaks come from the upper shoulder or Chuck Primal and are close to the ribeye. The proximity to the ribeye means they have some similar qualities, but are more economical. These won't be as tender as the Ribeye, but they are still incredibly tasty! If you are familiar with Flat Iron Steaks and love a rich, beefy flavor, then these Chuck Eye Steaks are for you.
