Amaranth Greens can be used in a variety of dishes. Thaw and use in stir fry, casseroles or wherever spinach or mixed greens are used.
1. Open the bag and put the Amaranth Greens in a saucepan containing water.
2. Heat until boiling, then add tomato sauce and other ingredients of choice: salt, onion, diced tomatoes, diced chilis, pepper, eggplant, fish, etc.
3. Let heat and stir frequently until consistent.
Or, simply add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese or sour cream to a skillet with your Amarant Greens. Stir Fry with your favorite veggies.
