Disappointed
Followed instructions exactly but bread did not bake. Browned up good, internal temperature was over recommended so it should of been done. I tried baking it longer than the recommended 70 minutes plus the 15 minutes more out of the pan as instructed. I let it sit until completely cool, but it was all gooey inside.
I've baked a lot of homemade gluten free bread including some with almond flour and have not had this issue before. It's a very expensive package and unfortunately I bought 2 packages plus a bunch of other items from this new line. I hope the other items bake better.

Ono! This really *is* Better Bread!
Aloha! Having been gluten-free/paleo for years, we *loved* this healthy, yeasty, truly Better Bread! Much healthier than all the other gluten-free bread products out there, this was relatively easy to make and we really enjoyed the final product!

Love this bread!
I've been using this product since I went straight paleo in January, 2016.  I can't say enough about it.  I have never actually tried doing it up in a loaf, but I have made buns of all shapes and sizes more than 20 times.

The key is to make the size consistent in each batch.  Then you get the best uniformity in cooking.  I've made hot dog buns to go with the Sugar-free garlic beef franks, I've made big dinner rolls (8), I've made tiny dinner rolls (16).  Lots of times I sprinkle in sea salt and powdered organic garlic.  These things are so delicious, I crave them.  High in protein and fiber and low in carbs, they are also very dense so you need to drink water when you eat them and they fill you up quickly.  I just can't say enough good things about them.  But the way I do it, with the separation of the eggs and the heating of the water and then the formation of the small buns, the prep time, not including the baking, takes me a good 45 minutes.  It is sooooo worth it!  Thrilled that US Wellness Meats has brought this on board.

Bread? Sort of. Good? Sort of.
When I went paleo, I had to lose the bread. Even repeating over and over that bread is just a carrier for better food wasn't enough to completely remove the need for bread in my life. Better Bread mix gives me back something that approximates a sandwich. I make buns every time. Yep, they are a bit dry, but that means they hold up really well as a hamburger bun, especially if you like your meat juicy! Follow the directions exactly and you'll get a fairly dense bun that doesn't rise much. Let it cool completely, split it, freeze it, and throw it in the toaster to reheat for serving. The buns don't have an overpowering flavor of their own, so they'll go most any direction. Like I said they make fantastic burger buns. Pile on the healthy condiments to moisten things up and your bread needs will be met pretty well with a very filling, low carb, wheat-free sandwich.
