Best Slow Roasted
The clean taste of grass fed can't be beat but when you slow roast for hours and you will end up with a tender and delish beef rib. We love to then debone-shred and use for Taco's,Chili,Pulled beef BBQ wraps.

Great in the slow cooker
I put these ribs in the slow cooker with some root vegetables in the bottom and tomato juice from my local farmer's market (the acidity makes the meat softer). The result is fantastic! The ribs are tender, very thick, and taste phenomenal. The bones are also great for making bone broth. They do come all together in one package, so I cut them up and put them into baggies which I store in the freezer.
