You Will Need:
1 Better Bread Mix
8 egg whites (or 1 1/2 cups liquid egg whites)
2 Tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar
1 cup boiling water
YIELD: Makes two free-form loaves, six sub rolls or 12 dinner rolls.
